The Lampang River Lodge is an environmentally-friendly hideaway for nature lovers. The Resort is located in Lampang province, and it sits on a vast area of lush green undergrowth and trees on the banks of the Wang River.

The Lampang River Lodge has been built on a land that was formerly a farming area for local villagers and since it has been turned into a resort fourteen years ago more trees have been planted to provide a shady and natural environment for the guests to let them experience their time close to nature. The Lampang River Lodge features 60 simple Bungalows built in the style of Lanna architecture and using local materials.
All bungalows have level floors and teak shingles or earthen tiles are used on the roofs. The bungalows' outer walls are made of wood while the inner walls are white cement. Wooden furniture is used to decorate the rooms in order to soften the effects of the cement walls. The Lampang River Lodge offers three types of accommodation, in basic standard, superior and deluxe bungalows. All guest rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have terraces, separate living rooms and a bathroom with garden view.
Facilities:
The Lampang River Lodge features a standard swimming pool, a wide pond, boat paddling activities and a 4.5 kilometers walk or jogging path. Cycling is a popular activity with the guests (small package tours or bike rental can be arrange directly with the Resort) and a cycle in the village gives a glimpse of the traditional way of life such as the small village kiln industry and paddy fields.
Prathat Lampang Luang temple is only 7 kilometers from the resort. Thai traditional massage is also provided and the masseurs are professionally trained by instructors from Ayuravej College which is the experienced institute of traditional Thai massage. The massage will be provided in shared or private massage rooms. The resort has two restaurants, The Bua Tong and The Sala Rim Wang, which serve Thai, Lanna-style and also some Italian cuisine.
