Here, in to the land of beautiful mountains and rivers of Western Thailand, the Pung-Waan Resort has been created as a sanctuary for a retreat on the bank of the Kwai Noi River, a tributary of the famous River Kwai.

The Resort is located on a vast property covering over 120 acres of land, and it is only 190 km. from Bangkok and 55 km. from downtown Kanchanaburi, which can be easily accessed by private cars, buses and train.
The Resort offers a variety of room types in multiple natural settings, carefully designed to bring guests close to nature as much as possible. All rooms are styled with modern Thai decor with private balconies which open to the garden or river, as well as some rooms with open-style bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms with hot & cold shower, air-conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV and telephone, in order to provide guest with the complete convenience and comfort.

The Rabieng Restaurant is the main restaurant serving Thai & International breakfast, lunch & dinner in open atmosphere. The dining tables are set on the cascades of wooden balconies, allowing guests to dine under the star along with the cool breezes from the river. The Chuan-Pa Pool Side Bar is an idyllic relaxation spot where you can enjoy cool drinks & snacks by the pool side with panoramic mountain views as a background. The Lobby Bar is informal rendezvous place for a get-together with friends or just for relaxing while sipping delicious drinks before or after dinner. Enjoy live music from quality singers and musicians, whose music repertoires include both Thai and International songs, ranging from Pop, Folk to Dance Music.
The Resort features a large swimming pool with a giant slider and a children pool, a whirlpool, a bicycle track, petanque, bamboo rafting and wall climbing facilties, table tennis, a volley ball court and even a soccer field. Pung-Waan Resort is located within short distance to many top quality golf courses, most of which can be conveniently accessed by cars in less than 1 hour drive. Other hotel facilities include: Traditional Thai Massage (Yothaka Home Massage), laundry service, Postal and Stamps and Mailing service, a Souvenir Shop, room service from early morning until 23:00 hours., First Aid Services, foreigner exchange and more. All have private balconies opening to the river, and are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with hot & cold showers, air-conditioning and other amenities for the residential comfort of home. Maximum occupancy 4 adults, with a supplement cost for the 4th person.
