'Tohsang' was named after the founder. Tohsang means a rising sun, which is coincident to the phenomenon at Khongjiam District, the first place where you can watch sun rises 20-25 minutes before anybody else in Thailand, and the last spot where you can view Mekong River before enters Laos.
