Koh Tao is an island north of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, and it is probably one of the most beautiful islands in the Gulf of Thailand. Jansom Bay is a secluded cove and one of Koh Tao most beautiful private beach. It offers a spectacular view of crystal-clear, emerald green waters filled with rich marine life; soft powder sand laced with coconut trees; and magnificent rocks with interesting formations.

HOW TO GET THERE: Koh Tao is located about 644 kms. from Bangkok and there are numerous ways of getting to Koh Tao from Bangkok, (1) Chumphon, (2) Surat Thani and (3) Koh Samui seem to be the most convenient places for 1 night stopover. Via these destinations, there are number of boat services that can take you to Koh Tao.
From Chumphon to Koh Tao by boat: there are 2 high-speed boat companies operate daily trip to Koh Tao. The Seatran which leaves at 7:00 am. (traveling time is 1.5 hours). The Lomphraya Catamaran which leaves at 1:00 pm (traveling time is 1.5 hours). From Koh Sumui to Koh Tao by boat: The Seatran which leaves at 08:00 am., and at 01:30 pm. From Koh Phangan to Koh Tao by boat: The Seatran which leaves at 08:40 am., and at 02:30 pm.
Facilities:
Charm Churee Villa has just one restaurant, the Chaba Seafood which serves real traditional Thai food only. (Open for breakfast 07:00 - 10:00 am and for dinner 06.00 - 11:00 pm). Elvis Bar opens from eleven till 5 pm., and it offers an array of tropical alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with the small umbrella. Being the most romantic bar in the island, Elvis bar is at the heart of Jansom Bay. At Charm Churee Villa guests can also enjoy a variety of traditional Thai massages.

Superior Room

There are two types of Superior room. The "Mediterranean-Thais" style are slightly smaller, but with private a balcony, and the "Fusion Thais" which are slightly roomier with "screened balcony" and wooden touch. The exterior looks very Thai, but the interior is somewhat modern.
This room type is located on hill side and it is just 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Deluxe Room

There are only three Deluxe Room at Charm Churee. All of them feature a big private balcony, and panoramic windows in bathrooms. Each of them is tastefully decorated. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony size are bigger than Superior Room.
It is also located on hill side and just 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Panorama Room

Each Panorama has its own splendid panoramic view of the ocean and Koh Nang Yuan. All of them feature big screened balcony. This room type is also located on hill side.
