Veranda Resort and Spa is located along Hua Hin - Cha Am beach, 2 and half hours by car from Don Muang Bangkok International airport and 10 minutes by car from Hua Hin airport.
Hua Hin is located approximately 200 kms southwest of Bangkok Recently upgraded highways provide for a leisurely three hour drive to Thailand's oldest beach resort area. Hua Hin first became popular as a summer retreat in the 1920's with the construction of the railway line from Bangkok. A beautiful colonial style railway hotel was built near Hua Hin's famous rocks in 1923 and the area finally became well establlshed as a beach resort when King Rama VII built a beachside palace named “Klai Kangwon” ther in 1926 Thai Royal Family members still customanly spend vacation time there.
Hua Hin also boasts Thailand’s first golf course (still in use as the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course after some 70 years.) Hua Hin is unlike most other beach resorts in Thailand. If you are looking for bright lights and frantic all night action you will be disappointed there. It is very much a family holiday resort area with good shopping and multi – national restaurants including, of course, the best Thai seafood the country has to offer.
Apart from its fabulous beaches, Hua Hin is best known for its cotton products, which come in a wide range of prints and colors, and its dried seafood products which enjoy enduring appeal among those who favor Thai and Chinese cuisine. A nightly street market in Hua Hin town is a favorite venue for shoppers.

Kid's CLUB: The nurser school trained staff are dedicated to make your child's holiday a happy and fun experience. A range of educational toys and daily programs of indoor and outdoor activities to entertain your chilid, giving parents peace of mind for a shopping trip in town or a round of golf on one of five local courses. Fitness room: Air conditioned room euipped with a multigym, pulse regulated running machine, walker and static bike also with pulse regulator. Open from: 6.00 am to 8.00 pm.
Internet Room: The Veranda Resort and Spa has set up the latest Wifi internet service.Internet communication is available in any location throughout the resort. Wi:Fi cards are available from the front office. We also offer an Internet corner located at the Bar, service is available 24 hours a day.
Wireless internet: All day dining brasserie offering both, western and Thai cuisine with choice of seating arrangement. Outdoor al fresco on the wooden deck besides the water, shaded indoor or cool air condition comfort. The restaurant features an open style kitchen with grill and noodle station. Opening times: 06.00 a.m. - 11.00 p.m. Breakfast: 06.00 a.m.-10.30 p.m., All day menu: 10.30 a.m.-11.00 p.m.
The Rabiang Lay: A open air, beach bar - restaurant with spectacular views over the Gulf of Thailand, offering a unique menu of Thai fusion seafood. Rabiang Lay design and cuisune has been featured in many local and international magazine publications and TV programs. The bar featured a range of fruit smoothies and shakes, as well as the range of alcoholic beverages and a selection of fine wines from around the world. Opening hours: Lunch service (11.00 a.m. - 03.00 p.m.),Dinner service (06.00 p.m. - 11.00 p.m.).
The Lobby Lounge: A place for quite read, get together with friends or email home from the internet corner. Serving a range of beverages, and special coffee's, try a Frozen Cappucino to cool down on hot days or a Veranda XXX for a night cap. Open from: 11.00 a.m. to 11.00.p.m.
