Phuket’s hottest newcomer to the luxury hotel scene celebrated its grand opening on February 24, 2006. The Modern-Asia styled resort is located in the Bang Tao and Layan area and boasts 30 villas with 12 x 4 meter infinity pools, stunning views and ‘no tan lines’ privacy.
The impressive one-bedroom pavilion layout includes a spacious living room, kitchen, luxurious bathroom, outdoor sala, sundecks and a large private pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. The 9 three-bedroom pool villas also reflect the same contemporary indoor-outdoor living with 600 square meters of area and sweeping views of the island.
Wireless Broadband and customized I pods with play lists mixed by renowned Sound wave DJ Tommy T are part of the luxurious in-villa amenities. Large private pools in every luxurious villa at the Phuket Pavilions resort.

A candlelit seafood feast served alfresco on the guests private terrace is 'de rigueur' as part of an ‘Intimate Escape’ at Phuket Pavilions.
Relaxed open-air Lobby Lounge offers a social setting for a cappuccino or a sundowner, while the chic 360 bar, which sits on the highest point in the resort offering, as the name suggests, superb 360 degree views of the island and the sea. Earning its moniker from Pavilions’ breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea and entire coast, the sleek 360 will serve cocktails and a light menu.
The Spa
The spa experience at Pavilions invites guests to ‘turn your villa into your personal spa’. And guests consider it the ultimate in pampering to have the spa come to them”. There is a certain luxury in not having to put your clothes back on and go anywhere after a relaxing treatment.”
A plush setting for the bespoke spa experience, the one-bedroom pool pavilions have over 100 sq meters of internal space. Guests may choose to be pampered indoors, in their outdoor Sala or beside their private 12 x 4 meter infinity pool.
Personal Spa features international beauty care from renowned French laboratory Payot and sensual natural products made with Thai herbs, pure minerals, and invigorating essential oils that are hand-blended by Pavilions.
Layan beach: little-known and definitely quiet - is a small and relatively unknown beach nestled in a shallow bay at the north end of Bang Tao, but not very suitable for swimming. A walk of a few hundred meters will take you to the 6 km long Bang Tao beach.
