The Narima Lanta is located near the National Marine Park on the un-spoilt south coast of the beautiful, tropical island of Ko Lanta in southern Thailand. Understated, natural luxury, tranquil rainforest surroundings and the charming personal service combined make this somewhere to feel immediately at home, wanting to return to, time and time again. The Resort has been designed to blend as naturally as possible with the un-spoilt, rugged beauty of the owners' philosophy. Narina Lanta offers secluded privacy and stylish luxury just in the 32 (thirty-two), architect designed, bungalows; all set within beautiful, wild, jungle-gardens. Each bungalow has breathtaking sea views of distant tropical islands, with a perfect sunset that can be viewed from a private balcony every evening.

Narima's large, airy restaurant provides the central focus of a guest stay here. Designed with breathtaking, high-ceiling, traditional Thai grass-woven roof, stunning views over Narima's private bay and hand carved wooden furniture, it is a place to relax and read a book as much as somewhere to sample some of Thailand's fabulous cuisine. Guests congregate here to socialize, enjoy the cool breeze rolling in from the sea during the evenings, drink cocktails, and of course, to tuck into the fantastic array of Thai and European food, creatively prepared by Narima's professionally trained chefs. The menu offers a wonderful variety of food, from light snacks and salads, to a full à la Carte menu.
The Resort facilities include a terraced swimming pool on three levels, with sundecks overlooking the beach. On the highest level there is a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub with a large seat and great views of the ocean and beach. The main pool gently slopes to a maximum depth of 1.8 m. The child pool is at a lower level just off the beach. The pools are filled with sweet, fresh, water from Lanta's mountain springs, which is filtered by Narima's own water filtration system, and then gently chlorinated. The large main pool has an infinity view out to sea and onto the horizon. There is a wide step the length of the pool, which is perfect for reading a book on. The lower level has a small, shallow children's pool. And to further relax mind and body Narima's professionally trained masseuse offers traditional Thai massage or Spa (oil) massage. A traditional Thai massage lasts one hour and can be given wherever desired - on the beach, in the massage room, or in the comfort of a guest own bungalow. Other service are: laundry service, an internet room located in a air conditioned room, international phone calls, a large Color TV with full satellite coverage, a library providing books and magazines, and an impressive DVD and CD collection with movie and music that can be listened in the huge communal TV in the restaurants. What else would anyone need more in a place like this?

The bungalows have both a ceiling fan and air conditioning, a large double bed (22 rooms have an additional large single bed), fully stocked minibar, white-tiled hot shower and western-standard bathroom. Furnishings are simple in construction and fittings are made from warm natural materials. The bungalows have a spacious, airy feel, with linen drapes on the ceiling and large French windows, which open onto your private roofed balcony. (*) These bungalows have a partial sea view and are set furthest back from the coastline. All the bungalows are built to the same exacting high standards.
