The Resort has two wings, the Main Wing which is mainly Family Friendly and The Busakorn Wing, which is the newer wing of the resort & designed in a lovely Thai Style - best for couples.

The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket offers a great range of facilities. There are 2 Themed swimming pools with swim-up bar, one with Jacuzzi in the newly landscaped Busakorn Wing.
A choice of 4 restaurants including an Italian, Steakhouse, International and Thai. Terrazzo serves Italian fresh pasta cooked in favorite's sauce and wood-fired oven pizza along with classic Italian specialties. Sam's Steak Grill is a local favorite and it has acquired a reputation for excellent steak, superb service and a comprehensive wine list. Guests can enjoy the best US and Australian steaks. The Busakorn Restaurant serves morning buffet breakfast and also provides Thai and fresh seafood specialties. The Sea Breeze Cafe & Terrace serves morning breakfast and also hosts delicious buffets accompanied by entertainment which changes every evening. An a la carte menu is also available. The Bar is the place where to enjoy a pre-dinner or nightcap, with entertainment provided every evening.
For the Family the 'Club 12+' is a dedicated Club for young guests aged from 12 to 19 years. Kids' Club is designed to keep the youngsters happily and safely amused entertained all day long. The Club has four zones offering TV, Play Station, art and crafts and games. Outside are two dedicated kids' pools, complete with slider, water cave, water guns and whale and turtle statuary. Throughout, qualified staff provides supervision and coordinate activities.
