Named for all the mango trees that grow on it's steep hills, Mango Bay is a favorite spot for day trippers from Koh Samui. It's a crescent shaped bay with a small coral beach and great snorkelling only 20 meter off shore. Mango Bay is uninhabited since it is only accessible by boat.
A beautiful spot and a must if you are visiting Koh Tao.
Located to the north of Koh Tao the area around Mango Bay makes a nice relaxing dive. With depths ranging from 2 to 15 metres its ideal for beginners and snorkellers. Hard and soft coral formations here are plentiful along with a variety of sponges and clams. The bay is only accessible by boat and makes a popular snorkellers day trip. Drop in further around the northwestern tip of the island and drift into the bay area to avoid the crowds.

The Restaurant & Bar serves excellent Italian cuisine, thanks to the Italian management/owner, in addition to Thai cuisine, and fresh Seafood specialities (exactly what you would expect in a place like this). The Mango Bay long-tail boat provides roundtrips between the resort and Mae Haad, the pier, twice a day. The boat depart from the resort at 8:00, and again 12:00. It departs from Mae Haad at 10:30 and 15:00. To reach the resort, look for Mango Bay boat on the beach between Lomprayah pier and Songserm pier.
If needed, the Resort is also providing roundtrips transfers by truck. Mango Bay 4x4 truck is ready to service guests in case the boat cannot sail, and the "The road to Mango Bay" is quite challenging, part of the fun.
There are great activities for Sea Lovers. Snorkelling, as Mango Bay is one of the best snorkelling site around Koh Tao, and many visitors travels miles to do it in this place. If you like swimming just step down to the sea from the large sundeck. If you don't like too much sun, 3 PM is always a good time to swim in the shade among the fish. Jump from the deck: "you try once, and you will do it over and over again!" Kayaking it is also another facility provided, and the bay is a great place where to practice. A Fishing boat is also available for excursions, and if you like some trekking, you can go to Sai Ree, just half an hour ride.
Books are available at the reception, but bring your own ones if you want to trade.
Seaview Fan Bungalow

Just 9 (Nine) Seaview Fun Bungalows with a lovely airy balcony, a king size bed, mosquito net, hot shower. You will have a good time in such a romantic atmosphere. Each Bungalow faces the bay, "a room with a view".
Price includes transfer from Koh Tao pier to the Resort and viceversa, either by boat or by car.
Air-Con Bungalow
