Deftly designed around groves of coconut palms, the Resort's 62 villas and residences plus 12 three- to five-bedroom residence estates, offer chic, al fresco living spaces with their own infinity pools and astonishing panoramas of the Gulf of Siam. Facilities:
Lan Tania: Lan Tania, meaning blue palm in Thai, is situated on the hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Resort, the ocean and the surrounding islands. Featuring traditional Thai dishes and Italian favorites, most courses are served family style. Guests can choose to dine indoors in air-conditioned comfort, or outdoors in the Lounge or terrace where large overhead fans provide a comfortable breeze. Cocktails are served in the Lounge every evening.
The breakfast buffet offers continental, Thai and Asian dishes, while a full American breakfast is available à la carte. A separate dessert menu features simple yet creative Italian and local favorites.

Pla Pla: meaning many fish in Thai, is a casual beach-side restaurant offering delectable seafood and spectacular views of the ocean and Koh Pha Ngan island. Fresh fish are caught daily and prepared according to individual request. Seating for 92 is available on the open terrace or right on the white-sand beach.
Specialties
A comprehensive seafood menu is available for lunch and dinner, in addition to a selection of meat, vegetarian and healthy spa options. During the day, a special pool and beach menu offers guests a choice of light salads and snacks to enjoy as they lounge by the pool or on the beach.

In-Villa Dining: Four Seasons In-Villa Dining is a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your villa or residence. Choose from an extensive menu – day or night – that is ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or quiet, private dining.
Health Club: Placed near the crest of the hillside in its own pavilion, the Health Club commands all-encompassing views of the Gulf of Siam in an inspirational setting for personal well-being. Warm up on the outdoor training and stretching deck, then exercise in air-conditioned comfort using the most advanced strength and cardiovascular training equipment, all with personal televisions and headphones.
Infinity Pool: Amidst swaying coconut trees by the white-sand beach, the pool's infinity edges blend seamlessly with the turquoise water of the private bay. Sip a refreshing drink or enjoy lunch by the pool, then explore a myriad of beach activities for the whole family. Thoughtful Four Seasons attendants provide ice water, chilled towels and water spritzes at poolside or on the beach, while lifeguards patrol both areas.
Tennis enthusiasts and beginners alike can take advantage of the two hard courts at the Resort, both lit for night play. A hitting partner is available, fee applies.
The Spa: Four Seasons Spa offers a selection of relaxing treatments for guests to enjoy on the beach. Pamper yourself with a neck and shoulder massage in the shade at the Beach Bar, or a manicure while sipping one of Pla Pla’s refreshing drinks.
Library: Centrally located within the Resort, the Library offers a wide selection of books and DVDs for guests to enjoy in the Library or on the adjacent balcony, which is furnished with lounge chairs and offers a view of the sea. Guests can also borrow the books and DVDs to use in the privacy of their villas. Colour printers, scanners and two workstations with personal computers are also available.
Tropical drink and cocktail class at the Beach Bar: Challenge yourself – become a Samui "mixologist" and enjoy the fruits of your labor under the beach front coconut palms. Classes are offered weekly; fee applies.
Fruit and vegetable carving in Lan Tania: Thais believe that food should please the eye as well as the palate. Learn the delightful art of food carving in a complimentary class given by a Resort chef.
Resort garden and landscaping tour: the resort chief gardener will guide you through the Resort grounds, which include 17 hectares (42 acres) of lush landscaping designed by famed landscape architect Bill Bensley. The Resort is home to 856 coconut palms, two million re-planted trees and shrubs and 150 varieties of flowers, all on a former orchard of durian, jackfruit and mango trees.
Wine tasting at The Cellar: Share our knowledge of wines from around the world and familiarize yourself with our 191 wine labels. Tastings include different grape varieties, Thai wine and New World and Old World wines. Fee applies.
Beach sports: Choose to participate with your fellow guests or with the Resort's recreation team – myriad beach sports are available for teens and adults.
Coconut pétanque on the beach – The goal of pétanque, a variation of boule, is to throw metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball, except here at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, we use coconuts! This activity is complimentary.
Muay Thai boxercise on the beach – Train with a Muay Thai veteran and world champion for a 90-minute workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed. Classes are complimentary.
Takraw – A kind of kick volleyball native to Southeast Asia, takraw is played with a rattan ball. Beach badminton. Beach soccer. Beach table tennis. Beach volleyball.
One-Bedroom Villa

Nestled on a hillside with panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam and Laem Yai Bay, One-Bedroom Villas offer elegance and comfort. Take a dip in the private infinity pool, or lounge on the sun deck to enjoy Samui's mesmerizing ocean breezes. For larger families, selected villas can be connected.
One-Bedroom Villas feature a 15-sq m infinity pool and a 42-sq m wooden deck/living area. This area is furnished with a daybed, a marble dining table with two chairs and two sun lounges, and can be curtained all around when needed.
The air-conditioned bedroom, separated from the living area by sliding glass doors, has an 81-centimeter LCD flat-screen television with cable programming, an iPod docking station, an alcove with writing desk, multi-line telephone with voice mail, and wired and wireless high-speed Internet access.
Additional amenities include a full stereo system, CD/DVD player, wine cooler, private bar, coffee- and tea-making facilities and in-room safe.
The full bathroom, featuring two lavish vanities, terrazzo shell-shaped bathtub and separate glass-enclosed shower, has sliding glass doors opening onto a deck for an al fresco bathing experience.
